LA Parks and Recs Offers FREE Sports Programs!
If you are like most parents trying to find an activity for your kids this summer while not breaking the bank, LA Parks and Recreation offers free Youth Sports Programs. ~Arroyo Seco
North of downtown, runs alongside the 210 Pasadena Fwy, about 3 miles long.
~Chandler Bikeway Burbank
The two-mile bikeway within the former Chandler Boulevard railroad right-of-way, running from Mariposa Street to the City border at Clybourn Avenue
~El Dorado Park
El Dorado East Regional Park, 7550 E. Spring Street, about a four mile paved path.
~Griffith Park/Los Angeles River
Travels from Griffith Park to Elysian Park, looking back along Crystal Springs Road in Griffith Park
~Santa Monica and Venice
From the Marina north to Sunset, eight-mile path runs north from Washington Blvd to Temescal Canyon Road.
~Sepulveda Basin
In Encino, start on Balboa Blvd at the Sepulveda Dam Recreation Area or the dirt lot near the archery range on Balboa between Victory and Burbank Blvd. The five mile path goes past fields of corn
~Shoreline Pedestrian Bike Path

This 22-mile bike path that stretches along the Pacific Ocean from Will Rogers State Beach to Torrance County Beach.
